How Is Heat Transferred?

CONDUCTION
When two surfaces come in contact such as a pot on the stove, Conduction Heat is transferred.

CONVECTION
The movement of air, water, etc. being warmed and seeking out the coldest point.

RADIATION
Electromagnetic waves that travel at 186,000 miles a second in all directions striking cooler objects and generating heat. An example is a closed car in the summer or your attic.
